We are a research group at the Center for Statistics, Tsinghua University, specializing in the dynamic and intricate field of biostatistics. The current members are one PhD supervisor, seven current PhD students, four graduated PhD students and one research assistant.
Focused on the intersection of mathematics, computer science, and biology, our group is at the forefront of advancing statistical methodologies to extract meaningful insights from complex biological data. We employ cutting-edge statistical techniques to analyze and interpret diverse datasets, ranging from genomics and epidemiology to clinical trials. Our mission extends beyond theoretical developments; we actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address pressing challenges in healthcare, contributing to the translation of statistical innovations into practical solutions for improving human health. With a commitment to excellence, our group is shaping the future of biostatistics by fostering a collaborative environment that nurtures curiosity, innovation, and the pursuit of knowledge.
